Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the Falabella mobile app and the falabella.studio website (together, the "Service"). The Service is provided by Sefa Berk Bıyıkçı ("Easy Entertainment", "we"). By using the Service you accept these terms; if you don't, please don't use it.

1. What the Service offers

Falabella offers fortune-telling content for entertainment:

  • coffee reading;
  • dream reading;
  • tarot;
  • Katina;
  • a daily card;
  • horoscope and astrology content.

Readings are for entertainment only.

  • They do not predict the future and make no claim of accuracy.
  • They are not medical, legal, financial or psychological advice.
  • Don't base important decisions on a reading alone.

Some content is generated with AI models and may contain mistakes or inconsistencies.

2. Who can use it

  • You must be at least 13 to use the Service.
  • If you are under 18, get your parent's or guardian's permission, especially before starting a paid subscription.

3. Account and profiles

  • Your account. You can use an anonymous account or sign in with Google or Apple. You are responsible for activity under your account.
  • Profiles. You can add profiles for yourself and others. Only enter someone else's details with their knowledge and agreement. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal data is handled.

4. Free use, credits and Premium

  • Free use. Some features are free and may require watching an ad.
  • Premium. Premium is a subscription with extra features and daily credits.
    • Credits are spent on certain readings and refresh daily.
    • Unused credits do not roll over.
    • Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
  • Price and trial. The price, the billing period and any free trial are shown in the store before you buy.
  • Payment and renewal.
    • Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account.
    • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
    • A free trial converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before it ends.
  • Cancelling. You can cancel anytime in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
  • Refunds. Refunds are handled by Apple and Google under their refund policies. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
  • Changes. We may change features, credit amounts and prices. Price changes are announced in advance as the store's rules require.

5. Acceptable use

Do not:

  • upload or write unlawful, threatening, harassing, obscene or infringing content;
  • upload images that belong to others, or inappropriate images, instead of cup photos;
  • reverse engineer the Service, misuse it with automated tools, or exploit security flaws;
  • copy, sell or commercially exploit the Service or its content without permission.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

6. Intellectual property

  • Our content. The app, its design, texts, images and brand belong to us or our licensors. We give you a limited, non-transferable licence to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.
  • Your content. Photos and texts you upload stay yours. You allow us to use them to prepare your readings and run the Service.

7. Availability

  • We provide the Service with reasonable care, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
  • It may be unavailable at times for maintenance, updates or technical problems.
  • We may add, change or remove features.

8. Liability

  • Readings are for entertainment. We are not responsible for the consequences of decisions made because of a reading.
  • To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from your use of the Service.
  • Our total liability is limited to what you paid for the Service in the previous 12 months.
  • Rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law are not affected.

9. Closing your account

  • You can delete your account anytime in the app under Settings → Delete Account.
  • If you have an active subscription, cancel it in the store as well: deleting your account does not cancel it.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. We announce important changes in the app or on this page. If you keep using the Service after a change, you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law and disputes

  • These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
  • Consumer disputes go to the Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts, depending on the amount.
  • If you live in the European Union, you keep the mandatory protections of your country's consumer law.

If you downloaded the app from the App Store, Apple's standard end-user licence agreement (EULA) also applies. Where it conflicts with these terms, Apple's terms prevail.
